Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life so that you and your descendants might live!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h4><strong>Reflection:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The good thing about the LORD is that He has given man the ability to make choices and thus He will not force anyone to do the things He wants done. The bad news however is that every choice comes with a predetermined consequence. It is therefore imperative that we learn to make the right choices and thus enjoy the benefits of that choice.<br \/>\nToday&#8217;s reading confirms the fact that God has given us the liberty to make choices. He places before us life and death, blessings and curses but He advises us to choose life and if we do, the consequence is that we will live. As powerful as He is, He doesn&#8217;t force or threaten us but advises us to do that which is best for us.<br \/>\nDo you realize you have been given the ability to make choices? Think through the choices you have been making so far, do they lead to life or death? You have the freedom to do as you please but remember that your choices have consequences. Life is a choice. Maturity demands that you consult the Father to make wise choices. God has set before you life or death, choose life so that you may live.
